Meghan Talbot paints pictures of landscapes, still lifes, and people. Meghan finds beauty in the familiar and paints intimate, fading moments in her surroundings.
Meghan is a visual artist living in a rural setting on the northshore of New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a BFA in Painting and Drawing in 2006. She continued her education by attending an Anderson Ranch Arts Center collage workshop, a Penland School of Craft fiber arts workshop, and a summer abroad plein air and figurative art school in Italy. She has art permanently displayed at the Ace Hotel in New Orleans. Film productions rent and purchase her work.
